As part of the Centre for Applied English Studies, we offer a variety of consultations, workshops and discussions to help you succeed as a communicator at HKU and beyond.
Our services are available to all UGC-funded undergraduate and postgraduate students.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
In Semester One, 2026-27, all Writing Centre Consultations will be conducted via Zoom. For Speaking Studio consultations, you can choose to meet your Consultant online or face-to-face.
If you have to / have chosen to meet your Consultant on Zoom, please upload a Zoom link (with passwords, if any) to the booking system. Zoom links should be uploaded no later than 24 hours prior to your consultation; we cannot guarantee that your consultant will meet you punctually online if you do not upload your link at least 24 hours prior.
